SWINGARMS

Our custom swingarms are constructed of 6061-T6 aluminum billet and tubing, professionally tig welded.  They feature axle covers and a brake arm set-up that mounts the factory caliper on the bottom of the arm for every model that we produce.  Each arm is designed to run the brake line internally if you choose.  We supply a new axle and hardware to complete the installation.  New bearings can be provided for an additional cost.  Our unique design allows the use of factory exhaust systems on models that the pipe runs into the swingarm area (ex. ZX636, 2007 R1).  All of our arms utilize factory bearings, crush tubes, and dust seals.  They bolt directly to the original suspension components and can be constructed to fit factory widened or custom billet wheels of your choice.  Lengths range from factory to 15" over with upper or lower bracing (certain models allow only upper or only lower).
