All orders ship within 1-2 business days. If your order is placed before 9am (EST), it will go same day. Otherwise, it will go the following business day. We do not ship on weekends. If it has been longer than 2 business days and you have not received an email with your tracking information, please check your spam folder!! If you paid with Paypal, the tracking information will also appear in your Paypal account under the payment tab. Please note that all estimated delivery times given by USPS/Fedex are calculated from the time the order is shipped, not from the time the order is placed.

ALL ITEMS SHIPPED FROM TOCE REQUIRE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND SIGNATURE. If the tracking number shows the item was delivered, then it was scanned as delivered by your USPS/Fedex carrier and delivered somewhere, to someone. You need to check with your mail carrier and/or your post office as they would have the most updated information. Once the item leaves our facility, it is out of our hands and you will need to contact your post office, or other selected shipment provider with any questions you may have regarding delivery of the item
Tracking numbers take up to 24 hours to propagate in the system from when they're scanned. Please allow up to 24 hours to pass before attempting to track your order.

Yes - if two separate orders are placed on the same day, they will be combined and shipped together.

Some countries charge additional fees when a package is imported and delivered to the recipient. We have no way of knowing or estimating what these fees will be. These fees are charged by your country and have absolutely nothing to do with our shipping service. It is the buyer's responsibility to be familiar with any additional costs they might incure during arrival.
We are required by law to report accurate information on customs forms. All orders will be sent with "merchandise" on the customs form, as well as the accurate item cost and tariff code.
If you are attempting to order parts outside of the USA and you believe there is an error with the shipment estimate or one is not displaying for you, you will need to contact us to make your purchase so we can invoice you directly. Note that shipment estimates and costs on our website are carried directly through the provider selected shipment software to provide you with the exact cost.
For certain countries (UK, Australia, and South Africa are a few), we require all items over $25 to be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Express, or FEDEX. Every package sent out from TOCE Performance requires a signature upon arrival of the goods, and tracking information.
DOT laws vary from state to state. It is up to you to verify the legality of any aftermarket part in your state before making your purchase. All of our products are made for closed course competition & track use only.
We will accept returns up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Please fill out our return authorization form which can be found in the "returns" tab. Returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization number may be rejected. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging including any hardware and instruction documentation. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs will not be refunded and there will be a 10% restocking fee on all items to cover the costs associated with processing the return. A restocking fee may apply if the item is returned without an RMA#, is damaged in any way, or if any pieces are missing. This restocking fee will not be waived under any circumstances.

Please fill out the return request form which can be found under the returns tab. If we sent you the incorrect item by mistake, we will send you the correct item along with a return label. We will cover shipping both ways and there will not be a restocking fee. If you ordered the wrong item, we will issue you an RMA# and you will be responsible for return shipping. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all items returned. Please visit our Terms and Conditions page to view our return policy in its entirety.
We do not have an exact decibel reading on the Toce exhaust. It is well below 102 since the tracks we ride at have a 102 limit and bikes with Toce exhausts do not get thrown out.
All of our fender eliminators are for North American plates. The holes are 5.5 - 6 inches apart on center. This translates to 139.7 - 152.4mm.

Yes - all of our tail lights are plug and play. No wiring is required.
For baffle removal there are no special tools required. A standard socket, open ended, or box wrench of appropriate size removes the baffle nuts. Then a plastic hammer is used to tap out the baffles half way. Then they can be withdrawn by hand. You will however need to purchase 8 screws (1/4-20) at a local hardware store to fill the bolt holes used for mounting the baffles.
Sure can! All Toce Exhausts mount in the same place as the factory exhaust.
A power commander is used to adjust the fuel delivery through fuel injectors to preserve proper air/fuel mixture for the engine. Anytime any engine, intake, or exhaust component is changed on a bike the fuel delivery should be adjusted. Simply installing a power commander will not do that. The power commander has to be installed and then it needs to be dyno tuned. When changing only the back portion of the exhaust (slip-on system) it is not absolutely necessary to do this. The bike will perform better if that is done, but the bike will not be adversely affected if itís not. Most of our customers who install just the slipon do not run a power commander.
