Shipping, Returns & Policies

 

Company Policies
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST PAY WITH PAYPAL ONLY -- CREDIT CARDS WILL BE DECLINED. -- ORDERS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AT TIME OF DELIVERY.
We do everything we can to take care of our customers.  If there is anything wrong with your order or you find a defect with our product, please let us know as soon as you receive the product.
Please also understand that by making your purchase, you have agreed to the terms and conditions stated below.

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

By making your purchase, you are agreeing to purchase postage from USPS or FedEx, which are both third party shipping companies separate from Toce Performance. Our handling time is 2-3 business days, as some of our kits are built to order.  If you purchase overnight shipping, please be mindful of this, and we will ship your product overnight the moment it's able to be shipped. Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected. Toce Performance is not responsible for USPS or FedEx delays or errors. Once the item is shipped and the tracking information has been provided, please contact USPS, or FedEx if any issues arise with the delivery of your package. If a wrong address is provided by the customer, we will only grant a refund once the package is returned to us. Toce Performance is not responsible for any issues from purchasers using different Billing and Shipping Addresses. Shipping costs due to cancellations will not be refunded, and are only refunded due to manufacture defects (upon inspection) or shipment of the wrong item.  Toce Performance does not guarantee delivery time frames. If a delivery is made outside of the estimated time frame, or the tracking information shows delivered but you cannot find the item on your property, you must contact USPS, or FedEx for further information. Toce Performance ships every order over $100 with signature requirements upon delivery. No refund will be given for USPS or FedEx delays or lost items, unless an insurance claim is filed and paid for by the carrier. It is your responsibility to check the legality of these parts in your state. Please see Returns sections for more details. Please check your local DOT laws before purchasing. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We are not responsible for customs delays, carrier delays, or import fees. By placing your order you are accepting the risks associated with an international purchase. USPS and FedEx delivery times are estimations only. DELAYS MAY OCCUR. This is not something we can predict or control. It is your responsibility, and your responsibility only, to look into possible causes of delays once the item is in transit to you. Please note that all charges are in US Dollars. We will only ship to certain countries via USPS Priority Mail International or an applicable FedEx Option. We are required by law to report accurate information on customs forms. We will not mark items as "gifts". Shipping costs due to cancellations will not be refunded, and are only refunded due to manufacture defects (upon inspection).  Toce Performance does not guarantee delivery time frames. FRAUD SCREENING:

We generally ship all orders within 2-3 business days however, Toce Performance reserves the right to hold or cancel an order if fraudulent payment activity is suspected. Any shipment delays resulting from a hold are not grounds for shipping refunds, additional return time, or any other credits or exceptions, such examples would be the usage of different billing and shipping addresses, lack of contact information, or we are unable to reach you via contact information you provided. If your order is cancelled prior to shipment, a full refund will be issued back via your original payment method. If we do not receive the item back in it’s original state, we will not issue a refund, or charge a restocking fee. Please see Returns sections for more details.

 

CANCELLATIONS:
By customer request: Orders can be cancelled by customers so long as they have not been shipped. You must call in a cancellation request to our office before your order ships as items that are in stock typically ship same day.
• We reserve the right to refuse service (including the cancellation of an order) to anyone, at any time, for any reason. Special Order "S-Logo" Systems will not be refunded once purchased. Refunds to an original payment method will be applied where applicable.
• We will cancel orders that are intended to be delivered to a shipment forwarding company, as well as hotels, motels, and other temporary locations. A full refund to the original payment method will be provided in this event.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We will accept returns within a 30 day window of purchase, on uninstalled items. Please check that your order is complete and all items are working properly without damage within this time frame.

There will be no returns, or missing item replacements outside of this 30 day window.

Please fill out the return request form which can be found under the returns tab in your account.

Returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization number may be rejected.

All items must be returned in original condition and packaging including any hardware and instruction manuals.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded as we already paid these to the carrier prior to your cancellation.  We suggest refusing the package if and when the item has been shipped and you no longer want it. This will ensure the product is returned to us promptly.

Some items may be subject to a restocking fee on certain items to cover the costs associated with processing the return.

Typical returns with items that have been opened, installed without damage, but returned nonetheless may incur a small restocking fee (typically around 10% of the item's value). A higher restocking fee may apply if the item is returned without an RMA#, is damaged in any way, if any pieces are missing, of there's scratches, bumps, dents, or looks to have been run on the bike..

If your return falls under any of these conditions where a restocking fee is valid, do not expect it to be waived under any circumstances.

If a wrong item is received, we will rectify the situation at no cost to you by issuing you a return label for the package, and shipment of the correct part.

Exchanges must be dealt with as two separate transactions by returning the current item for a refund and purchasing the new one in a separate order. Or the customer must wait for us to receive the product, ensure it is the wrong item, and ship the correct part to you. Again however, at no cost to you in the event this was the fault of Toce Performance.

"You sold your bike and no longer need it" is something we see come in often for returns. Please understand that we are a business. If you order a part, and we ship it to you, please refuse the item so that it promptly gets returned to us, and know that we will provide a full refund in this event, minus the shipping costs that we paid to the carrier.

WARRANTY:

Toce Performance warranties all of its items against manufacturer defects up to 1 year after the date of purchase. Please fill out the return request form which can be found under the returns tab. Once the part is returned to us, it will be tested and either repaired or replaced. If the issue is caused by installation error or product modification (over tightening, severed wires, cut plugs, etc.), we will do our best to repair the item for you, but replacements will only be issued if a manufacturer defect is detected. You will be responsible for sending the item to us and we will ship it back to you. For products made by another manufacturer, Toce Performance does not express or imply any coverage beyond the manufacturer's stated warranty, if any.


COUPON CODES AND DISCOUNTS:

Coupon codes must be entered into the coupon code field at the time of checkout. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOUR ORDER SHIPS, NO DISCOUNTS CAN BE APPLIED, your order has been processed billed, and shipped. Special discounts including holiday sales and free shipping promotions cannot be applied retroactively. Please note there are NO retroactive discounts on special bundles unless otherwise noted. The discount is only received when the bundle is purchased as a whole. There are also no substitutions. Discounts cannot be combined. If a coupon code is entered in for an item where we explicitly state that no discounts or coupons can be used, your order will be cancelled. Please read specific ads for details and follow instructions for coupons and discounts to avoid disruption of your order.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days typically), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
