Justin over at TOCE was very helpful during the whole process of shipping my ECU and getting it back to me in a timely manner. I use my bike to commute to work and they were sure to get it back to me quickly. As for the tune, WOW... power band is extended to high RPM and the bike doesn't overheat during stop and go traffic. Would definitely recommend getting this tune rather than installing a power commander.
